Applications

Seedlings & Cuttings

Especially young plants benefit from a stable and consistent light environement

Starting your Grow

For germination of seeds as well as in the rooting phase for a cutting, the stable and consistent illumination with a broadband light spectrum leads to stable results.

Medical Marijuana (MMJ)

In Order to create a medical product it is essential to have a high quality ressource available. Wen can help farmers to achieve this goal! The balanced spectrum with a high efficiency brings some significant advantages to the mainly used grow lights on the market today.

The 2 main out of 150+ incredients

CBD - Cannabidiol

CBD-Cannabidiol

Different countries have different regulations about classifiying industrial cannabis also called CBD Weed or CBD Cannabis (Cannabis Sativa L). The key inidicator is the allowed percentage of THC, or more detailed delta-9 (∆9) THC.

The allowed values of THC varies in Europe between 0.2 and 1 %.

THC - Tetrahydrcannabinol

THC-Tetrahydrocannabinol

Be aware that growing cannabis may be illegal or limited due to special regulations in your country!

THC is a so called “psychoactive substance” becaue of this, marihuana is classified as psychotropic drug. Consider the local law of your Country!

Phytopharmaceuticals

Medicine derived from plants

Phytopharmaceuticals are herbal medicines which contain at least one or several active substances. Briefly described as “Drugs derived from plants”

Note: Phytopharmaceuticals are not homeopathic products

Vertical Farming & Multilayer Farming Systems

Urban Farming close to the consumer and perfect use of of space

Using the height of a grow room allows more efficient use of space. Even when such sites are build within glass constructions, artificial lighting in required.

Microgreens and saldas, leafy plants

an emerging trend - wide range of applications

Infos about Microgreens and Sprouts

Microgreens are vegetables that are harvested shortly after the development of the cotyledon leaves (seed leaves).

Its caracteristic is a strong taste and a very short cultivation Time

  • The stem and the leaves are edible

In comparison, sprouts are harvested including the seed.

  • The seed and the stem is edible
  • Home production

Ideal to be cultivated at home or directly in your restaurant

  • Short Cultivation Time

7-10 days from seed to harvest

  • Perfect use of space

low growing size and moderable light requirements allow them to be grown in multilayer-systems

DLI-DailyLightIntegral-Sunlight-and-LED-grow-light

Extend your productive Season

Conditioned by the seasons it is almost everywhere rarely possible to produce and grow plants all year long with natural sunlight.

The DLI (Daily Light Integral) describes the amount of light at your cultivation area over one day.

Artificial LED lighting can be used to increase the light intensity during winter and increase the productive season.

The picture shows a targeted DLI of 26 mol/m²d which is achieved with the help of supplemental lighting.
